Comparable to an “expanded and personalized” 411 Service, our Telephone Concierge program allows employees to call-in to a personal assistant who can take care of any information-based request.  Our highly trained telephone concierges are accessed via a toll-free number and available to respond to requests 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  Employee requests are saved to a personal file and the answers can be text-messaged and/or emailed to the employee.
