Companies using The Modern Concierge to provide employee benefit packages will have access to YourModernLife — our interactive personal profile database system.  YourModernLife provides an opportunity for employees to answer a brief on-line questionnaire about their potential needs and personal/professional preferences including information about food likes/dislikes/allergies, travel preferences (window or aisle), frequent flier numbers and family information. 

This password-protected information can then be accessed by our concierge staff through The Modern Concierge’s secure database so that when an employee calls or stops by with a request, they don’t have to be bothered with reviewing all the details.
